The bride got ready together with her bridesmaids in the Sala Bianca, next to a majestic fireplace in Carrara marble, where I had the chance to take some fun and casual shots before she stepped into her dress and joined her groom-to-be for the first look and for the photos with wedding party and families to follow. The ceremony was held in the Sfingi Garden, and… what a kiss!! They were waiting for the wedding for a long time, and there could be no better ending!
I took their wedding photos in the most beautiful spots of the property, in the wisteria tunnel that leads to the fabulous swimming pool and in the Rose garden on the side of the villa. Both were radiant and happy, and it was a pleasure to portray and return them with spontaneous and funny photographs. More than anything, each side of Villa Cora offers different settings, allowing me in a few steps to have an excellent variety of shots. The bride has chosen a smooth silk dress, a soft sweetheart neckline that leaves her shoulders revealed, a lovely skirt on the bottom opened in soft folds like a book. A timeless look, perfect for the wedding at Villa Cora. The groom opted for a classic and timeless black tuxedo, the best for his slender shape.
The cocktail hour took place on the terrace; later on, the spouses and their families enjoyed an excellent dinner in the Sala degli Specchi, the real strength of Villa Cora. Few venues in Italy can claim such a richly decorated and luxurious room! Celebrating a wedding dinner here is priceless. The evening went on for a long time, with funny and touching speeches, before the bride and groom opened the dances at the Pasha.
